Hole drilling work
When the drilling rig is drilling holes, connect the spindle connecting sleeve to protect the spindle, install the core drill bit, and start the drilling rig to start working. When drilling a hole, the operator can drive the main engine of the drilling rig to rotate clockwise to increase the hole diameter and reduce the friction on the drill bit to increase the hole drilling efficiency. In addition, the number of water injections can be increased or decreased according to different geological conditions.
Drilling work
If the drilling rig encounters the problem of being unable to drill during the drilling operation, please try to solve the problem in the following ways. The operator drives the drilling rig host to rotate clockwise to reduce the friction between the drill pipe bit and the hole wall. Increase the frequency of water injection, speed up the cooling of the drill bit, and use water and the rotation speed of the drilling rig to clear debris, gravel, sediment and other obstacles at the bottom of the hole. Increase the pressure in the hole by lifting and lowering the drilling rig multiple times to clear debris, gravel and other obstacles on the hole wall. Unplug the water pipe connected to the drilling rig, release the pressure in the hole from the manual high-pressure water pump, use the drilling pressure to reverse the water flow, collect debris and gravel into the core drill bit, lift out the drill pipe drill bit, and check whether the core in the drill bit is full. , and check the wear degree of the diamond cutting teeth of the drill bit, replace the drill bit in time to clean the debris on the inner and outer walls of the drill bit, and increase the drilling efficiency and the service life of the drill bit. Coring work
During the coring work, if the core is broken or dropped, the drill bit can be lifted out first. After taking out the complete core in the drill bit, replace the drill bit with a smaller model to drill the hole and use the drill bit to cut the teeth. Or, without changing the drill bit, you can rotate the drill body and try to use the drill bit's cutting teeth to bite the core falling into the hole and lift it out.
